1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Midwest Miners website, registering for programs, or participating in any activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Program Participation
Midwest Miners provides youth athletic training, football programs, camps, and events. Participation is voluntary and subject to the following:

All athletes must be registered by a parent or legal guardian

Participants must follow all rules, guidelines, and coaching instructions

Midwest Miners reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe behavior, misconduct, or failure to comply with program standards
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept:

The physical nature of football and training activities

The possibility of injury, illness, or accidents

That Midwest Miners, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained during participation
4. Medical Responsibility
Parents/guardians are responsible for:

Ensuring the athlete is physically fit to participate

Disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations

Providing emergency contact information
In the event of an emergency, Midwest Miners may seek medical treatment on behalf of the participant.
5. Payments & Refunds

All program fees must be paid in full unless otherwise stated

Fees are non-refundable unless Midwest Miners cancels the program
-
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, injuries, or voluntary withdrawal
6. Scheduling & Changes
Midwest Miners reserves the right to:

Modify schedules, locations, or coaches

Cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
7. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, staff, officials, and other athletes

Maintain good sportsmanship at all times

Avoid disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
8. Media Release
By participating, you grant Midwest Miners permission to:

Use photos and videos of participants for marketing and promotional purposes

Share content on social media, website, and advertising platforms
If you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Midwest Miners and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
11. Limitation of Liability
Midwest Miners is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
13. Changes to Terms
Midwest Miners reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
