Welcome to Midwest Miners 7v7 Football

Fast. Fun. Competitive. That’s what 7v7 Football is all about. Our league gives Varsity-10U athletes the chance to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a safe, high-energy environment. Whether your player is new to football or already dreaming of Friday night lights, 7v7 offers the perfect blend of competition, teamwork, and development.

Our league is designed for athletes aged 10–18 who love football, or want to give it a try! 7v7 is perfect for:

  • Young athletes who want to improve their passing, catching, and defensive skills.

  • Players who enjoy the speed and excitement of the game without the heavy contact.

  • Athletes looking for a fun, team-based sport that builds friendships, skills, and confidence.

  • Families who want a safe, structured league that emphasizes development and fun.

Practice will be held on Sundays from 1:30 PM to 4:15 PM at the 40 Athlete HQ (47219 W Schweigers Circle, Sioux Falls, SD 57107)
